western blot을 하고 있는데요;
1st antibody를 실험실에서 정제한 proetin을 mouse에 immunization하여 만들었는데요.
이때 proetein은 his tag이 붙어 있는 상태로 정제가 되잖아요;
그런데 detection하고자 하는 protein은 his tag이 없는 상태이구요.;
물론 polyclonal antibody가 만들어 지니깐... detection은 될꺼 같긴한데요..;
이렇게 해도 western blot하기엔 괜찮은 건가요?
아님 his tag을 떼고 antibody를 만들어야 하나요??
