Zyagen offers high purified intact Poly A⁺ RNA of wide variety of mouse, rat, dog,  and monkey tissues.  Each poly A⁺ RNA sample is enriched for mRNA transcripts with two rounds of oligo(dT)-cellulose purification, treated with RNase-free DNase to remove residual DNA, precisely quantified, and stored at -80^oC. Rigorous quality control tests are performed to confirm that each preparation contains intact, full-length RNA with virtually no genomic DNA contamination.

Applications: RNA is ideal for investigation of rare transcript using qPCR or Northern blot analysis, preparation of cDNA for  RT-PCR/RACE analyses, and expression standard in microarray applications.
