Abstract
To the Editor: Keratoacanthoma (KA) is a rapidly growing epidermal tumor. Although surgical resection is a primary option, several cases of KA have been successfully treated with topical imiquimod, a toll-like receptor agonist. However, no clinical study has evaluated its therapeutic efficacy. In this retrospective, single-center study, we described the clarified the factors affecting the response.
