293T cell에 GFP retroviral vector transfection 을 cacl2 transfection protocol로 실험하고 있는 학생입니다. 

타겟 cell에 infection 전에 transfection 후 293T cell 에서 GFP 발현이 확인 되어야 성공적으로 transfection 됐다고 체크할 수 있는 부분인지 궁금해서 질문 올립니다...
