Sigma에서 Iron assay kit(MAK025)를 주문을 했는데 처음 해보는 실험이라sample preparation 과정이 이해가 되지 않습니다.

Tissue (10 mg) or cells (2 * 10^6) should be rapidly homogenized in 4–10 volumes of Iron Assay buffer. Centrifuge at 16,000 * g for 10 minutes at 4 ºC to remove insoluble material.

제품 설명에 나온 과정인데 제가 cell을 가지고 측정하려고 합니다.

시약을 처리한 2 * 10^6개의 cell이 있는 plate의 medium 제거하고 4-10배의 iron assay buffer를 넣고 centrifuge를 하면 되나요?

homogenized를 하라고 하는데 따로 homogenizer를 사용하고 centrifuge를 해야하는건가요?
