개요

In order to study of protein-DNA interactions on a specific gene or across the genome, there are two options include Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP) and CUT&RUN (Cleavage Under Targets & Release Using Nuclease), which are both antibody-based and compatible with histones and histone modifications, transcription factors, and cofactors. The results from either assay can also be analyzed via qPCR or NG-seq. Cell Signaling Technology (CST) offers kits, stand-alone reagents, and validated antibodies for both ChIP and CUT&RUN to meet your individual chromatin profiling needs.
