							Detecting CAR Expression with Versatile, Innovative Antibodies - CAR발현 검출을 위한 혁신적인 항체 

Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR)-T cell therapy is a highly innovative form of immunotherapy that has proven to be successful in the treatment of B cell malignancies and multiple myeloma.  As this treatment modality continues to evolve toward the targeting of novel tumor antigens and engineering of CAR constructs that enhance cell persistence, there is a need for reagents that can be leveraged to selectively interrogate multiple aspects of CAR-T cell biology.  In this webinar, we will highlight two highly versatile recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies raised against the Gly4Ser and Whitlow/218 peptide linkers, which are commonly integrated into single-chain variable fragment (scFv)-based CARs.  These antibodies can be leveraged for flow cytometry-based CAR detection, bead-based CAR-T cell enrichment, and selective activation of CAR transduced cells.

 CAR-T 세포 치료는 B 세포 악성 종양 및 다중 골수종 치료에 성공적인 것으로 입증된 매우 혁신적인 형태의 면역 치료입니다. 이 치료 방식은 새로운 종양 항원의 표적화와 세포 지속성을 향상시키는 CAR 구조의 엔지니어링을 향해 계속 발전함에 따라, CAR-T 세포 생물학의 여러 측면을 선택적으로 탐구하는 데 활용될 수 있는 시약이 필요합니다. 이 웨비나에서는 scFv기반 CAR에 일반적으로 통합되는 Gly4Ser(G4S) 및 Whitlow/218 linker에 대해 생성된 다용도의 rabbit mAb와 관련 제품에 대해 말씀드리겠습니다. 이러한 항체는 유세포 분석 기반 CAR 검출, bead 기반 CAR-T 세포 enrichment 및 CAR transduced cell의 선택적 활성화에 활용될 수 있습니다.
