논문의 주요 결과로는 정신증 회복 환자는 손상되지 않은 네트워크 속성을 보였지만 정상인에 비해 뇌의 기능적 연결강도가 높았고 과연결성이 관찰되었다. 중요하게는 재발 환자는 전체 네트워크 효율성이 낮고 특성 경로 길이가 길며 네트워크 탄력성이 낮은 것으로 나타났지만 회복이 유지된 사람은 네트워크 탄력성이 좋았다는 것이다.

1. 논문관련 분야의 소개, 동향, 전망을 설명, 연구과정에서 생긴 에피소드 본 논문은 코로나19의 급박한 전세계적 위기 상황에서 전세계적으로 의학적 리소스를 땡겨써야 하는 상황에서 취약한 정신질환자들과 코로나19에 대한 관계를 확인하기 위해 진행한 연구였습니다. 이 논문을 통해, 정신질환자들은 코로나19의 감염력이 증가하지는 않지만, 정신질환자 중 특히 정신증 (psychosis)가 있는 사람들에 대해서는 코로나19에 감염 시 굉장히 취약할 수 있다는 내용에 대한 내용을 담고 있습니다. 그에 대한 이유는 여러 분자생물학적 취약성, 사회적 지지기반의 약함과 정서적 불안감으로 인해 코로나19의 중등도가 올라갈 수 있다는 내용을 담고 있었습니다. 또한 여타 미국 및 유럽에서는 아직 진행하지 못한 첫 스터디였기때문에, 학술적 가치를 인정 받을 수 있었습니다. 2. 연구를 진행했던 소속기관 또는 연구소에 대해 소개 부탁 드립니다. 우리 팀은 최고의 전문가로만 초빙되어 이루어져 있습니다. 코로나19의 경우에는 사실 굉장히 급박한 세계적 위기에서 빠르게 논문을 출판하여야만 가치가 있습니다. 하지만 투맨페이퍼, 원맨페이퍼 등등의 방식으로는 이러한 대위기 상황에서 학술적 가치를 인정받기 어렵습니다. 그렇기 때문에 우리 팀은 각 분야 최고의 전문가를 직접 제가 초빙하여, 각자 자기의 역할에서 최고의 실력을 발휘하여 빠른 시간에 연구를 완성할 수 있었습니다. 예를 들면 통계 부분은 의학 통계 전문가 이승원 교수님(세종대)과 제자인 문성용 학생선생님(세종대)을 통하여, 역학 부분은 양지명 선생님(울산의대)과 고현용 박사님(하버드의대)를 통해서, 최종 핸들링은 저를 통해서 이렇게 완성할 수 있게 되었습니다. 그렇기 때문에, 가장 치열했던 경쟁 부분에서 남들보다 빠르게 논문을 완성해서 최고의 학술적 가치를 인정받을 수 있었던 것입니다. 3. 다른 하시고 싶은 이야기들.... 이번 임상 연구를 진행하는데 있어서 많은 분들께서 도움을 주셨습니다. 수고해주신 1저자 선생님들께 감사의 인사를 일단 올리겠습니다. 그리고 이 연구를 완성하기 위해 힘써 주신 유인경 교수님(차의대), 하은교 교수님(한림의대), 김소영 교수님(차의대)께 특별히 감사의 말씀을 올리고자 합니다. 그리고 특별히 우리팀에서 폭넓은 정신과적 자문을 아낌없이 해주신 안용민 교수님(
