  본 논문은 전립선암의 초기부터 말기에 이르기까지의 모든 임상 단계에서 혈중암세포(Circulating tumor cell)에서 발현된 전립선암 막 특이항원(PSMA)과 전립선 특이항원(PSA) 전사체(mRNA)의 진단 및 예후 관찰을 위한 바이오마커 발굴에 관한 것입니다. 전립선암의 초기단계는 수술과 약물 치료로 대부분 완치가 가능하지만, CT나 Bone Scan 등의 영상학적 진단방식으로는 미세한 수준의 재발 진단이 어려운 것이 현실입니다.
