Abstract

First of all, contrary to their mention, to the best of our knowledge, only one small cohort study compared the risk of recurrence after liver resection for hepatitis B virus (HBV)‐related hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) between tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF) and entecavir (ETV) therapies,⁽²⁾ which reported consistent results with ours.
