The study reports a 3D-printed, nanoengineered bioadhesive with tunable stiffness designed to mimic the dynamic mechanical properties of cardiac tissue. By integrating electroactive components, the material enables electromechanotherapy, facilitating synchronized electrical and mechanical stimulation to modulate cellular behavior and improve cardiac microenvironmental interactions. This platform demonstrates enhanced cardiomyocyte function and tissue integration, highlighting its potential for cardiac repair and bioelectronic therapeutic applications.
