논문의 주요 결과로는 정신증 회복 환자는 손상되지 않은 네트워크 속성을 보였지만 정상인에 비해 뇌의 기능적 연결강도가 높았고 과연결성이 관찰되었다. 중요하게는 재발 환자는 전체 네트워크 효율성이 낮고 특성 경로 길이가 길며 네트워크 탄력성이 낮은 것으로 나타났지만 회복이 유지된 사람은 네트워크 탄력성이 좋았다는 것이다.
