RIP-TAG2 transgenic mice expressing the SV40 large T antigen (TAG) under the control of

As the tumors grow, more insulin is produced, and blood glucose readings directly reflect the tumor
burden2. These mice have been crossed with transgenic mice expressing the lymphocytic
