Human VEGF Pre-Coated ELISA Kit
VEGF는 강력한 성장 및 혈관신생 사이토카인입니다. 내피세포의 증식과 생존을 자극하고, 혈관신생과 혈관 투과성을 촉진합니다. 혈관화된 조직(vascularized tissue)에서 발현되는 VEGF는 정상적 혈관신생 및 병리학적 혈관신생에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. VEGF 신호전달은 세 가지 수용체를 통해 이루어 지는데, flt-1 (fms-like tyrosine kinase), KDR 유전자산물 (KDR의 murine homolog는 flk-1 유전자산물) 및 flt4 유전자산물 입니다.
