1. Notice
- The stable cell lines generated are for research use only (for clinical use or any other purpose, you should obtain a license from Genenmed Inc.)
- Genenmed provides a high-performance vector system for expressing intra-cellularly or extra-cellularly (secreted to the culture supernatant)
2. General information
1) About expression vector system
- The CMV promoter (including an intron downstream) drives expression of the target gene
- A puromycin-resistant gene is expressed on a separate vector
- Stable clones are generated by co-transfection and selected using Puromycin
- Customer-designed expression vector can also be used
2) For customers
- Codon optimization service is available
- Customer should provide host cell line
- If host cell line needs special culture conditions, extra-charge is requested
