- All the services use Genenmed's proprietary packaging cell line (adherent one or serum-free suspension-adapted one).
3. Purification Service
- Purification uses two different chromatography columns.
- Purification processes are optimized with FPLC.
- For Adenovirus production and amplification, Genenmed's proprietary cell line (adherent one or serum-free suspension-
adapted one) is used.
- Purified Adenovirus are dialyzed against a formulation buffer (in this buffer, Adenoviruses are highly stable at various
condition).
- Adenovirus titer is analyzed and reported.
- Production yield is highly related with toxicity of the cloned gene or RNAi to Adenovirus packaging cell line.
- Price for 250ml culture is ＄2,000.
- For over 250ml culture, ask price.
