Anti-Human CD3 Purified ( Clone : UCHT1 )
UCHT1 단클론 항체는 CD3/T 림프구 항원 수용체 복합체의 ε 사슬과 특이적으로 반응합니다. CD3 복합체는 γ, δ 및 ε 사슬로 구성되며, TCR 복합체의 일부로서 모든 성숙한 T 림프구와 흉선 세포 계통에서 발현됩니다. CD3는 신호 전달을 통해 항원 인식을 강화합니다.
또 다른 anti-CD3 항체인 HIT3a 와는 달리, UCHT1 항체는 세포 표면 및 세포 내 CD3ε를 모두 인식할 수 있습니다. Immobilized UCHT1은 TCR 복합체와 교차 결합하여 세포 활성화와 증식을 강화할 수 있습니다.
